- Natalie Jenny Ann Turner -
Consultant Solicitor
Experience:
Natalie qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and now specialises in leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and the grant of new residential leases, where she acts for both landlords and tenants.
She is also able to deal with a range of other non-contentious property matters, including the grant of licences to alter, deeds of variation and licences to assign. Natalie trained and qualified at a niche property firm in Notting Hill, where she acted for a range of landlord and tenant clients from across the world.
She then worked for a Top 50 UK Law, before becoming a consultant solicitor. Natalie’s client base ranges from high-end property portfolio owners, PLCs and household names to private individuals. Working for both freeholder and leaseholder clients enables her to see both sides of the transaction and thus provide the highest quality legal and tactical advice.
Natalie prides herself on having an excellent working relationship with her clients and it is her view that the importance of providing quality advice in an efficient, yet friendly and approachable manner, cannot be underestimated.
Natalie is also a qualified Notary Public, practising in Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas -
